Instructions From The C.I.A.

Here are a couple of panels (translated) from a manual our C.I.A. distributed in Nicaragua.

The C.I.A. encouraged the Contras, and regular folks to rise up against the leftist Sandinista government at any cost. . .even by destroying and destabilizing the country's infrastructure.
