This is like the person in jail who requests: 50 feet of climbing rope, a blow-torch, a climbing ax, a 44 Magnum (with loaded magazine), a cellular phone and bus ticket with a map ... all on their "Request Kite." Don't know what I speak of, then look it up. To the point, this is the one fucker of the group who decided to have fun with his assignment. Post Script: I actually had a friend in the pokey who did this. I got his letter with the triplicate request after his week in Solitary.
