Poem: Changes 31/Influence

A mountain lake
Is egalitarian
It gives and receives in equal measure

Taking in rain
And glacial runoffs
And giving water back

To the animals and bugs
That carve tracks
To the shore.

I've only edged up to the rockies in canada (Jasper, Bamff, etc), but it's all fantastic when you get up there...; 2/03/2007
