Run Barack Run! --- A poster

Since they have been so nice about calling to ask for money, I elected to make an in-kind contribution instead. I wrote the Obama campaign tonight, and offered this poster for their use free of charge.

Anonymous said...: So, yeah, you want Hillary? I think you would agree that she intones experience and readiness on Day One at least as much as he does change. I would love to see your HRC poster. And, can you help me understand the basis for her claim to 35 years of superior experience and readiness? I know you appreciate tactical moves in campaigns, so you have to have enjoyed, just a little, how he has begun to trump her vapid claims for readiness with "being ready on Day One means getting it right on Day One".

I know you thought he did just OK during the last debate but she really faltered, especially during the Iraq discussion when she misrepresented the content of the Levin Amendment. In fact, she looked plainly foolish trotting out the defense of her thinking. Only the most gullible think she made anything other than an informed political decision. She didn't even bother to read the report.

So Anon and I want to know, do you think she is the superior candidate and if so how do you square her tactical manuevers that were for so long the underpinnings of her campaign's strategy now that they are being exposed as cold politcal calculationseven as she is running out of dough and supporter enthusiasm?

Are you caucusing for her? If so, tell us why now that you finally got your wish for WA to matter in the nominating process.

Oh, and Howard now acknowledges the $5million loan. Do you know how much Obama has raised from regular folks in the 36 hours since the polls closed? $7.6 million, oops, not good timing for her when he seems to be going into a few weeks of friendly caucus/primary states. Can she withstand going 0 for 7 now?; 2/07/2008
