I think they mean six points is nothing. Obama could blister the Baked Alaska team by a few dozen points. By mementum, they mean, he's on track to win this election by the biggest plurality ever.
This current bump doesn't feel like momentum. But after this debate it will.
It's that damn "regain" that gets me. After the Palin bounce the polls reverted to a 2-3 point margin favoring Obama. It's never been higher, has it?
It was up to six points about five days ago...
